Alibaba's intelligent search app Quark releases a content product ZVideo. In the meantime, we also made a 3-minute introduction video to demonstrate the product features, which achieves the perfect balance of information delivery, visuals and production cycles.
Considering animation‘s great visual representation of the abstract concepts, we finally chose the visual style of the combination of "translucent matte three-dimensional blocks" and "flat color blocks". By making use of the plane and three-dimensional space and overlapping, the content could have adequate deductive space and visual tension.
Content Focus Booting
The creation of animation is a process of managing time, space and attention within a narrative structure. We want to hold the viewer's attention at all time. The carefully arranged elements in the picture, like searchlights in the night, lead the audience to synchronously perceive the intention of the work in different timelines.
A Subtle Sense of Pleasure
we need to create some subtle pleasure for the viewers, especially when the content you are demonstrating is a little boring. Smooth cohesion, smooth momentum and clever transition are several shortcuts to create such pleasure.
Decisive moment
It is necessary to appropriately place some decisive moments with memory points during the rhythm changes of the animation. They should be the highlight of the picture, the emphasis of the content, it needs to be treated like a graphic design, so these heavy drums are often arranged around significant turning points or highlights.
